**Role Overview**:
As the **Team Lead **for Seventh Sense, you will guide a talented team of engineers and researchers in the development and deployment of our innovative security and face recognition solutions. This role combines technical leadership with strategic oversight, requiring mentorship, coding, and code reviews. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our privacy-preserving eID and face PKI solutions are robust, scalable, and secure

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the technical development of Seventh Sense’s products, ensuring adherence to project timelines and high-quality standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Ensure the implementation of clean, secure, and efficient code, aligning with industry best practices.
- Oversee software project management, including planning, execution, and delivery, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, AI research, and security experts to integrate machine learning models and computer vision into production.
- Manage and optimize the development pipeline, including Git workflows, continuous integration (CI), and DevOps.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in leading and managing teams.
- Broad technical knowledge in software engineering, with a solid understanding of machine learning and data science fundamentals.
- Strong project management skills, with experience delivering complex software projects.
- Experience in DevOps, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices in deployment and automation.
- Hands-on experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and experience with mobile development
- Experience in computer vision, preferably with exposure to face recognition technologies.
- Motivated to help and mentor others, with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like **PyTorch **, particularly for model training and optimization.
- Experience working with **AWS **cloud services for scalable AI and machine learning deployments.
- Knowledge of **Rust **programming language.
- Understanding of cryptographic protocols and systems.
- Previous experience in face recognition or biometric security solutions.
