**Business Development Intern**

**Internship description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Business development

a) Assist the Business Development team in client prospecting and lead generation

b) Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities

c) Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management

d) Make sales calls to pitch SIP programmes and projects

e) Develop business proposals and power point presentation for SIP projects

f) Meet and pitch proposals to potential clients, partners and collaborators for programmes & initiatives

g) Participate and represent SIP at different forums, conferences and trade shows

h) Design and develop grant proposals to explore government grants

i) Co-facilitate SIP Academy programmes

2. Other activities - e.g. marketing and design for events

a) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.

b) Assist the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns via designing marketing collaterals like brochures, standees, booklets etc.

c) Design and execute marketing plan
- Online & Offline

d) Design & execute roadshows, community outreach marketing efforts

e) Design & execute Social Media Marketing Plan

**Requirements**:
1. Passion for solving social gaps with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn

2. Strong communication and presentation skills

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5. Client prospecting and data entry and scenario planning skills

6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

8. Self-starter with solution mindset coupled with ability to maintain a positive mindset in challenging situation

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
