**About the Role**:

- Establish a program governance and control framework for procurement processes in close collaboration with key Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal leaders.
- Define and measure Procurement process success metrics, provide project and program reports and track metrics against purchase request delivery and vendor payment.
- Continuously improve Procurement processes based on data-driven decisions.
- Help Engineering leaders better understand the procurement processes, deliver process training to their teams and manage their roster of approved purchase requesters.
- Define operating principles, policies and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and transparency in managing the Engineering budget with help from the Finance team.
- Support senior Engineering leaders in budget planning based on value impact, risk assessment, strategic alignment within Client, de-conflicting with existing projects, reducing duplicate efforts and promoting efficient spending practices.
- Prepare detailed reports for review to secure budget approval from Finance leaders.
- Manage interdependencies, ensure transparency and guide the flow of information among stakeholders across the organization for all projects managed.

**Requirement**:
