The Opportunity

Our team is responsible for ESD and IO pad design for all Business Units in Marvell. We provide customized ESD solutions, especially for high frequency pins. We also perform ESD review for all analog IP and SoC chips so that we can achieve good ESD performance.

Job Responsibilities:
To play a vital role in developing robust ESD solutions for advanced data processing SoC in advanced finfet processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ESD design for all high speed IO designs including very high speed serdes
- Perform ESD network simulations to determine its robustness
- Review and approve designs and layouts for esd and reliability considerations
- Support product Qualification relating to ESD issues

**Requirements**:
Master’s in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with at least 10-12 years of experience

PhD Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with at least 8-10 years of experience

Deep experience in designing ESD protection circuits

A strong fundamental understanding of semiconductor physics especially ESD

Dynamic, hardworking and detailed with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
