Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of ESD architects/engineers to work on Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD)/ Green Mark /Green Building Index (GBI)/ LEED/ WELL projects Support in managing projects related to overall sustainability, decarbonization and carbon advisory Assist in providing high level energy analysis and benchmarking energy consumption against best practices guideline and net zero roadmap for master planning in Singapore and overseas Contribute to cost-effective solutions for project teams to improve building performance, decarbonization and sustainability Participate in research, review, recommend and implement industry best practices in sustainable building design and systems Have a good understanding of building physics and experience in conducting performance simulations such as energy modelling, CFD, daylighting & glare analysis, solar insolation studies etc. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in M&E, Architecture, building services or sustainability related field. Master's degree in Sustainability will be highly regarded. While we welcome candidates with professional ESD experience, this position is designed for entry-level individuals, and prior experience is not mandatory. Demonstrate knowledge of common energy analysis/benchmarking, Excel-based energy calculation and energy modeling software, with a specific focus on IESVE or EnergyPlus Foundational understanding of building systems, particularly in ACMV system and other M&E disciplines Experience with modeling support software such as Open Studio and Rhino is a plus Project management skills with ability to actively manage and balance tasks, costs and time Team player with the ability to work collaboratively, willing to learn, contribute ideas and assist team members with tasks/duties when required At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
