JR18364 OCT MTE Material Engineering Senior Engineer - WET/ CMP

**Manage Material and Filter Technical Requirements**:

- Lead and drive activities related to Material Quality and Value engineering improvement (including defense lines, risk mitigation, filtration etc) with CPEE/ GP/ GQ/ TD/ PEE/ IQC.
- Manages Material technical requirements and qualifications alignment with respectively global and site teams.
- Ensure best known methods (BKMs) sharing across all sites.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites on materials requirements, roadmaps and priorities.

**Project Management**:

- Facilitate and drive global peer groups to ensure alignment on strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives with clear line of sight to strategic objectives and manufacturing big rocks. Drive alignment where it is known to demonstrate improvement in big rock performance.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects based on Fab and corporate objectives.
- Manage priorities and enhancements to improve business processes and existing systems that are global in nature.
- Maintain a portfolio of projects that maximizes ROI for the program and supports the Central Team and Corporate roadmaps.

**Strategic/Tactical Leadership**:

- Track metrics for benchmarking Fab Performance. Identify and share BKMs across sites and track compliance to agree upon alignment to Best Known Method (BKM).
- Provide tactical support and coordination for the Fabs as required for issues of tied to our core pillars People, Safety, Quality, Speed and Cost.
- Work with GP and GQ as the technical resource to drive network internal alignment.

**Communication**:

- Maintain a strong and open relationship with peer group and appropriate team members in other functional areas such as Process Integration Engineering, Quality Systems, Production Operations Management, and Purchasing.
- Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge.
- Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner, with a cadence appropriate to the priority of the issue.
- Keep stakeholders and team members informed of project status, progress, and roadblocks/opportunities.

**Additional Information**:

- Strong people and collaboration skills to lead globally sites on BKM and Business process alignments.
- Dependability and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communications skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to travel when required to support department and company objectives.
- Knowledge of NAND / DRAM manufacturing a plus.
- Experience in WET/CMP/IQC/Supplier Quality will be advantageous.
