The Associate Planner will be responsible for formulating storytelling strategies and planning for content on digital and social media channels for a key client, across 2-3 brands. This includes content strategy, content analysis, editorial planning, campaign ideation, and execution of day-to-day tasks.

You are the face and the voice behind the brands you manage in the social realm.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Planners in social media strategy & planning for assigned brands
- Create or suggest engaging and innovative ideas for social media
- Draft social media editorial calendars together with the creative team
- Meet and liaise with day-to-day clients for approval an information
- Analyse, review and report on social media efforts
- Benchmark competitors to ensure we stay current with developing social strategies as well as stay abreast of best practices in social media

**Job Requirements/ Experience/ Skills/ Education**
- At least 1 year’s experience in agency as Account Executive, Creative, Planner or Community Manager
- Some level of experience with managing Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms for brands
- Intellectual curiosity for all and thirst for innovation in the social media realm
- Understanding of digital, marketing and advertising concepts as well as data/statistics
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Team player
- Meticulous and conscientious
