Job Description

You will be assisting the Group HR Information System team in the rollout and maintenance of the new cloud HR system, Workday.

**Responsibilities**:- Learn about the ServiceNow system and assist in production support- Assist in management reporting for Workday- Assist in the data cleansing post-Workday implementations- Participate in change management activities to increase the take-up rate of the Workday- Produce captivating videos to create awareness and interest in Workday- Produce captivating EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail Marketing) for the Workday events- Produce byte size training videos- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, Information Technology, or any other related disciplines- Basic proficiency in video editing skills on software such as Adobe Premier Pro or Data Vinci Resolve to produce and edit videos would be a plus- Basic proficiency in photography skills would be a plus- Willing to learn, proactive and able to work independently- Analytical and creative
