Onshore Premier/private Client Banking Team Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Premier/Private Client Relationship Managers to meet and exceed individual and team sales and service targets.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional banking and wealth management solutions.
- Drive performance through regular monitoring of KPIs, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.
- Resolve complex client issues and provide strategic direction to maintain and strengthen client trust.
- Oversee the delivery of comprehensive affluent banking offerings, including investments, deposits, insurance, and lending products.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Premier or Private Client Banking, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Currently serving as a Team Manager in a banking relationship management function (mandatory).
- Proven ability to recruit, lead, and grow a high-performing sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management, investment, and insurance solutions tailored for affluent clients.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a history of delivering results through team success.
