As we are significantly growing our headcount for the APJ region, we are currently seeking a **Client Integration FIX Protocol Specialist **for an Investment Banking Client to be based in **Singapore.
**What you will be doing:
- Work includes but not limited to client enablement, status reporting, and Stakeholder Management.
- Work includes but not limited to discussion and prioritization with the Stakeholders, enabling the clients for new equity markets, weekly status reporting to the Stakeholders.
- Work with the Production Support Teams in case a change leads to any issues and work on the incidence management and resolution of the issue.
- Communicate the status and progress of incidents until resolution.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis procedures to identify known errors and implement corrective actions to assist prevention of further incidents.

**Responsibilities:
- To provide support to FIX (Financial Information eXchange) and network connectivity issues.
- To enable, Configure, Test and Deploy additional services upon request.
- To analyze, design, configure, test and deploy solutions to specific customer requirements.
- To write and maintain implementation/technical documentation relating to the upgrading, maintenance and deployment.

**Requirements:
- Relevant work experience of between 3 to 7 years.
- Knowledge of FIX Protocol (Financial Information eXchange) and experience in the FIX onboarding / Client Connectivity Space.
- Working knowledge of XML or UNIX.
- Proficiency in Requirement Gathering and interaction with the stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast pace / rapidly changing work environment.
- A team Player.
