Overview

Mastercard develops and delivers world-class risk, security products and services for its customers across the globe. The Cyber & Intelligence Solutions team is focused on the sales, market management and commercialization of security, identity and decisioning products that drive value and a better experience for issuers, merchants and consumers.

The Role

Financial Crime is a high-growth, strategic area of focus with a remit to develop a suite of services for card and non-card payment rails (batch ACH, real-time payments) in support of Mastercard’s multi-rail strategy. The key responsibilities include ongoing management and enhancements of key products, analysis and evaluation of performance and insight generation, marketing and distribution of products and interacting with key customers and stakeholders (issuers, acquirers, processors, government entities, etc.)

All about you
- Demonstrated success and experience with relevant payment industry experience especially account to account payments
- Possess a strong understanding of the Cyber & Intelligence market with the ability to quickly learn, understand and adapt to various adjacent technologies, ecosystems, and trends.
- International experience is essential: Ability to understand local and regional intricacies and adjust to meet market demand and business needs
- Ability to create and implement an external strategy while partnering/coordinating with various internal stakeholders.
- Creative yet analytical thinker, with excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex and technical dependencies into a streamlined, crisp, and concise customer narrative, and excel in the ability to translate opportunity as it relates to customer engagements.
- Comfort working in a fast paced, multi-disciplined environment; ability to conceptualize and implement non-traditional KPIs that will enable customer facing product conversations.
- Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
- People and team management experience would be an advantage
