**Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:

- Min. 15+ years of experience, with min 2 yrs in social setup/ digital/media agency.
- Min of 5 yrs experience in managing a large team
- Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to bring together cohesive programs and drive results for clients. Prefer to have regional experience in managing global brands.
- A true social media expert
- Food and beverage experience a plus
- Strong communication skills, particularly with oral presentations and stakeholder management (as this role will be the overall resource & performance mgmt lead for all OUs & senior mgmt)
