**Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day finance operations such as processing payments, staff claims, funds transfers, monitor cash balances and intercompany matters
- Support closing processes, booking of accounting entries for expenses and cash movements; and accounts reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of GST and tax related reporting
- Support preparation of annual financial statements, and quarter/annual regulatory reporting
- Support IFRS 4 and IFRS 17 dual reporting and system migration
- Assist in user acceptance testing for new requirements in policy admin systems, accounting systems and reporting systems

**Job Requirements**
- University graduate in Accounting/Finance
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience, prior experience in life insurance industry is preferred
- Good knowledge of the FRS accounting standards and MAS regulatory reporting requirements
- Strong computer skills, advanced user of Excel
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Ability to deal with frequent changes in systems/processes developments
- Proactive in learning new topics, changes in standards/regulations and flexible in handling changes and deadlines
- Good team player, positive attitude and disciplined and possess good communication with the team in current agile working environment
- Good communication skills for interactions with internal (between departments and counterparts from support BUs) and external parties/stakeholders (auditors, tax authorities, consultants, brokers etc.)
