**Position**:
**Marine Service Engineer (Regional Market)**

Responsible in entire sales process. To prospect, call, service, market and sell company products to potential and existing customers by identifying, anticipating and satisfying customers’ needs through attending to their enquiries, propose and customize solutions to meet their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting sales visits and regular follow-ups to establish rapport and customer relations.
- Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
- Provide commercial and technical proposals according to technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company approved databases and CRM.
- Prepare weekly reports and forecast related to annual budget.
- Manage, coach and lead a junior Sales Engineer.
- Collaborate closely with service, operation and support.
- Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
- Fully accountable to entire sales process from prospecting, sales presentations, negotiation of sales contracts, conversion of prospects to customers and after-sales service.
- Execute marketing activities and business development accordingly to master plan.
- Gather regional market information (technical, prices and product development)
- Listen, understand and convey customer requirements effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Petroleum or Marine Engineering
- 2-3 years of sales experience in marine and oil & gas industry is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in the marine & offshore, oil & gas, utility market, industrial automation or power generation will be an advantage.
- Aptitude to acquire new skills, technical and product knowledge.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, good discipline and result driven.
- Besides Indonesia, may require traveling to other parts of the region.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
