**About the Team**:
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of individual contributors to surface insights that will shape risk response and mitigation mechanisms for our advertisers
- Team Engagement: Set the overall direction of operations functions for your organization, including full accountability for setting and achieving operational goals and strategic planning
- Make Data-driven Decisions: Be truth-seeking with data, set a high bar for the team to think boldly and creatively. Funnel identified insights into concrete processes and execution plans, move fast, be biased toward action
- Improve Processes: Identify operational and structural challenges and help improve existing or develop new processes to drive efficiency
- Project Management: Design & execute high-impact initiatives that define the risk experience for advertisers

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an operational capacity, preferably in operations management with a focus on Risk, Compliance, Security, Trust and Safety, or similar types of functions
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- Experience in vision setting, planning, OKRs, setting KPIs, and roadmap development
- Ability and experience in understanding data sources, extracting insights from data, and summarizing findings
- Demonstrated decision-making skills. You think critically about all angles of a problem, digging in deeper where needed and make sensible long-term decisions
