**THE ROLE**
The Sales Operations Manager - Asia Pacific role reports into the Global Sales Operations Lead and is responsible for leading revenue operations in Asia Pacific. The role is a business partner to the Managing Director of Asia Pacific and critical in the planning & execution of regional revenue strategies & operations.
**OPPORTUNITIES**
- You will be the trusted partner of the Asia Pacific Managing Director, using business acumen and data insights to recommend, implement, and execute opportunities & strategies for revenue growth.
- You will partner with regional reporting analysts to effectively communicate actionable and insightful information & recommendations to regional stakeholders and business partners (“tell a story” with the data).
- You will design, lead, and enforce the execution of short-term, mid-term, and long-term regional revenue cadences with the partnership of regional revenue leaders and revenue analysts.
- You will drive weekly forecast commitment cadence with regional revenue leadership, using analytics and methodologies to surface forecast risk & opportunity.
- You will champion a standard of excellence and influence the adoption of ideas related to sales methodologies, value selling, pipeline management, sales tool utilization, account management practices, and territory development to all levels of regional sales.
- You will drive large deal, territory/business, and end-of-quarter deal reviews.
- You will help design and implement account & country territory and coverage models.
- You will represent regional revenue operations on global initiatives and projects.
- You will support the onboarding of new sales hires by teaching on sales best practice and processes.
- You will be a consultative, proactive business partner with cross-functional leaders outside of sales.
- You will provide leadership & mentorship to the revenue analytics analyst in the region.
**SKILLS**
- You should have **excellent leadership capabilities**, with experience in influencing cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts.
- You should have **strong prioritization and project management skills** leveraged to effectively utilize limited time and resources from business partners.
- You should have **strong understanding of SaaS & Subscription business models and go-to-market strategies**. Experience in the B2B software industry and reporting on software industry standard license and SaaS metrics is preferred.
**10+ years of experience** in a combination of revenue operations and finance related fields.
- You should have **excellent knowledge Microsoft Office and advanced Microsoft Excel skills**.
- You should have demonstrated ability to assess regional business trends and identify actionable insights for sales and operations leadership to improve or implement process excellence.
- You should have the ability to “tell a story” by communicating complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with demonstrated experience presenting & recommending to executive leadership.
- You should have experience in executing transformational projects that require change management best practices & communication.
- You should have clear communication and excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) with a willingness to serve stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
