A leading investment management firm is looking to hire a VP corporate accounting to look after their Singapore & China entities. You will be responsible for the following
- Responsible for the financial, regulatory, and tax reporting requirements of legal entities in APAC.
- This role also requires collaborate across the investment and support functions to achieve operational goals, strategic initiatives, and business growth strategies for APAC.
- Take the lead in the Firm's periodical closing and reporting procedures, while responding to ad-hoc inquiries from management or other business teams.
- Responsible for preparing any Financial, Tax, or Regulatory reports & surveys, and internal forecasts and analysis
- Actively participate in regional/domestic projects to enhance controls, processes, and/or system efficiency
- Collaborate on a daily basis with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Compensation Accounting, and other Finance teams in different offices across the region
Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of public and/or private accounting experience in private equity, banking, or fund management. Excellent communication and people management experience preferred.
