**_Job Description: _**
- _Gather data on all enquirers and input into the admissions database _
- _Maintain contact with enquirers inviting them to relevant school events _
- _Arrange meeting with the Admissions Manager or Director of Business Development for prospective parents-if required _
- _Request references from the pupil’s current school, if required _
- _Keep prospective pupil files up-to-date _
- _Arrange and leading on-site visits for prospective students/parents/agents _
- _Meet with prospective parents/students/agents to articulate on the School’s admissions philosophy, capacity, admission priorities and admission timeline, mission statement etc _
- _Ensure that all policies relating to admissions are clearly articulated and followed, working with the Admission Manager/Director of Business Development to update these, as required _
- _Confirm student placements, referring relevant issues to the Admissions Manager _
- _Liaise with the Finance Office on al matters pertaining to fee payments for newly enrolled families _

**_Requirements: _**
- _2-3 years of Admissions Officer experience is preferred, Alternatively significant experience in a Front of House / Customer Service position _
- _Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field _
- _Team player with positive, cheerful, helpful work attitude and initiative _
- _Capable of independent and committed effort, with good organization & interpersonal skills _
- _Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must _
- _Possess good written and spoken communication skills_
