**Business Title: Regional Relationship Manager, APAC**
- Job Summary:
Primary responsibility is directly support and manage regional client and supplier relationships for Client within the APAC region. This dedicated staff member will work closely both with the Amex GBT Global Account Management and Service Delivery Team as well as Client Travel Department and broader to ensure set objectives are met and work to establish initiatives to improve and enhance client experience.

This position to be based onsite at clients Singapore office.
- Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for all client's Internal clients in the APAC region
- Point of escalation for urgent concerns including managing out of policy requests, urgent vendor issues and anything raised directly.
- All non-urgent matters can be addressed and coordinated with functional team (NY hours)
- Create and maintain working relationships with client senior stakeholders
- Monitor and report on customer service concerns
- Meet with vendors as requested/required by Client Travel
- Concur online adoption strategy support
- Financial support for client settlement process
- Conduct training - new joiner, travel policy and expense management. Proposed training sessions 2x quarterly
- When requested, participate in regional Client internal meetings with focus on sharing/presenting country specific data, purpose of trip spend, etc.
- Develop relationships with internal clients and work with Global Head of Travel for Client to target meetings for discussion on departmental objectives, business objectives and raised concerns
- Communication is critical weekly scheduled updates to exist between Regional TES Management Team and Global Head of Travel
- Provide updates on key internal meetings, topics of discussion and any outstanding concerns
- Provide updates on key supplier meetings, topics of discussion and any outstanding concerns
- Provide input for all regional communication stressing local issues/questions i.e. Newsletter, Intranet
- Provide training on various tools and best practices for T&E spend control
- Key Internal Clients & Stakeholders:
- Country Head of Divisions
- Frequent Travelers
- Admin Communities
- COO Community
- Required actions to ensure success- Thorough understanding of Client's Culture and Community
- Client contact information to be used as primary
- Work on-site at Client's office
- Appropriate guidelines / rules of engagement to be developed as position matures
