**Essential
**Responsibilities**:
- Experience in advising and implementing on corporate finance matters including fund-raising projects, M&A, capital restructuring takeovers, etc.
- Execution of corporate finance / M&A / advisory mandates, including pre-IPO / private equity investment in both sell side and/ or buy side capacity
- Responsible to source and originate quality transactions an advantage
**Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Qualified Accountant preferably with Big4 audit background
- Minimum of 10 years corporate finance experience and at least 3 IPO projects advisory experience
- In-depth knowledge of SFA, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin included
