Assistant Director of Corporate Finance

The Assistant Director of Corporate Finance is a good master of the financial statements and therefore able to ensure overall compliance of about 40 entities locally and overseas. The role spans:
- Cashflow and treasury management (foreign currencies, fund remittance etc)
- Mortgage and Loan management (drawdowns, repayments etc)
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and corporate secretaries
- Manage accounting, budgeting, planning, forecasting
- Managing liquidity, cash management, best use of funds
- Reporting of financial performance
- Identify and manage risks or opportunities on finance related topics
- Participate and/or lead cross-departmental initiatives
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis/special projects
- Create, promote and sustain a high-performance culture; continuously raise the performance bar for the finance team.
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Bachelor’s in accountancy / ACCA / CIMA
- 8 years of experience in a finance team, at least 5 years leading a team
- Experience dealing with overseas banks, auditors, tax agents and corporate secretarial firms
- Experience or interest in Property or Real Estate or Hotels or Hospitality
- Growth mindset with eagerness to lead, learn and collaborate with stakeholders
- Good time management and solutions-oriented
- Ability to use MS Office efficiently and effectively is a must, Oracle Netsuite will be favourable
