**Responsibilities**:

- Become the “trusted advisor” on document services and solutions to address the strategic client’s business environment and challenges
- Create and lead customer engagement to nurture and close our full suite of services and solutions including Managed Print Service, Print and Mail Room Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Enterprise Content Management Solutions, Business Process Automation Solutions (Finance Automation, RPA) and Print Management Solutions
- Deliver and Achieve sales targets with YOY growth in the services and solutions sales within given territory.
- Qualify, pursue and close large-scale new services and solutions businesses.
- Engage at C-level and develop network of executive relationships within the end-user accounts together with account managers
- Understand customers’ industries and business environments in order to develop and implement account strategies together with account sales to increase Share of Wallet in the targeted account.
- Design end to end service and solutions independently, working closely with the professional service and service delivery teams
- Conduct user workshop, business requirement analysis, workflow assessment to map current and future statement processes
- Design business and financial models to justify the solutions and service proposal. Provide business rationale and risk assessment to management
- Lead contract negotiation and closure
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores and relationship

**Qualifications Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Systems/Management
- 10 years relevant experience in account management, consulting and pre-sales roles
- 5 years relevant experience in designing services led solutions to solve customer business problems
- Experience in Enterprise Content Management Solutions, Business Process Automation Solutions and Customer Communication Management Solutions is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills and aptitude
- Able to engage cross-functional teams towards a win-win strategy
- Possess a strategic thought process with problem-solving skills
- Energetic, dynamic with customer centricity
