About Human Resources & Organisation Development

You will be part of a dynamic Human Resources & Organization Development team that formulates and implements people initiatives to support business strategies and maximize the potential of our employees.

The Learning and Organization Development team is responsible for designing and implementing a variety of individual, team and organisational level capability development interventions to support EDB’s mission and strategies. You will be joining a team that works closely with different stakeholders to ensure timely access to training and support the provision of learning programmes to EDB officers.

The Talent Performance & Rewards (TPR) team is critical in in the design and execution of HR policies, total compensation packages including staff benefits across different levels of employees, performance management structures and payroll operations. These serve to build a high-performing and effective organisation.

[What you will be working on]

For the Learning and Development Team:- Co-facilitate the onboarding programme to ensure a consistent and impactful outcome- Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning delivery through feedback collation and observation during session- Assist in conceptualizing and executing communications plans to raise awareness and garner participation in programmes and other development opportunities- Maintain accurate training records, manage procurement of programmes and vendor, and monitor utilisation and budget, where required- Support the development and updating of digital assets including drafting of storyboards and content updates based on organisation needs

For the Talent, Performance and Rewards Team:
- Organise and execute initiatives and events for the organisation (e.g. wellness programmes, staff awards)- Assist with HR operations such as data preparation, providing first-level responses to officers for some of the workstreams and liaising with external stakeholders as needed

[What we are looking for]- At least two years of relevant experience in learning delivery and administration for workplace learning within organisations, and event/ programme coordination and execution- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills- Meticulous and adept in organisation and preparation of data for analysis Familiar with the use of graphic design and development of digital publications and/or L&D policies and procedures in the government sector would be an advantage- Singaporean
