Role and Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision, responsible for developing, implementing and/or maintaining one or more general accounting systems and purchasing procedures.
- Maintains receipts and disbursement reports.
- Processes external payments to vendors through different platforms.
- Maintains and organize contracts for vendor as supporting and evidence for vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance of internal control process and procedures on external payment.
- Interacts with other teams in the company and with accounting external vendor in regard to accounting information.
- May analyze reports and records for managers.
- Assist managers in external audit.
- Assists with analysis of non-complex ledger accounts and resolves issues.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
- Provides daily support to employees in Finance related procedures.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must Have Skills:

- Good Microsoft Excel skills, and basic accounting knowledge.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in month-end reporting and statutory audits. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good understanding and experience working with multiple foreign currencies.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Have Skills:

- APAC experience, prior finance shared services experience is a plus.
- Experience managing requirements under IFRS and US GAAP is a plus but not mandatory.
- Process-oriented and comfortable working in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control environment
- Good EQ, ability to work under pressure and ambiguity.
