DESIGNATION : Kitchen Helper (Location: 718 Mountbatten)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Cook in preparation of food
- Ensure food is hygienically stored and food storage areas are kept clean
- Maintaining correct stock levels, ensuring stock rotation and ensuring all stock is clearly labeled to include expiry dates
- Ensure that high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times in the kitchen through daily cleaning and monitoring of kitchen equipments
- Ensure all crockery and utensils are washed using the dishwasher as appropriate
- Able to work well independently as well as within a team
- Follow Health Promotion Board Guidelines and maintain excellent health and hygiene procedures on food preparation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

**Qualifications**:

- Possess 1-2 years of experience in the kitchen; experience in a School is highly preferred
