**Key Requirements**
- Preparing meal ingredients and ensuring all ingredients are fresh.
- Checking the inventory levels and reporting to the Venue Manager.
- Washing and sanitizing all dishes and utensils.
- Maintaining proper sanitation of the kitchen.
- Following all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Making sure the kitchen equipment is well cleaned after use.
- Collecting dirt and debris after a regular interval of time.
- Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Performs miscellaneous food service duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Past experience as a Kitchen Helper, or a related job position in the Hospitality department.
- Able to follow directions and work independently.
- Possess a current basic food hygiene certificate would be an advantage.
- Motivated with a positive attitude to learn.
- Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays
