**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Quantity Surveying and contracts administration for IFM & Building maintenance services.
- Prepare contracts to award vendors and sub-contractors.
- Prepare and submit claims for completed works upon receiving of work completion reports.
- Manage progress claims and claims put up from vendors and sub-contractors.
- Liaise with client and client’s representative on work progress, claims and KPI.
- Track, record and update on breakdown of claims, variations claims or omissions.
- Manage payments and claims via company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and/or CMMS.
- Any other ad hoc tasks relating to contracts from time to time by the Manager.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or any related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IFM industry.
- Good command of spoken & written English.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and other software.
- Ability in managing vendors and sub-contractors.
- Meticulous, independent and good negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
