Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to plan, create, and manage engaging content across all our social media platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and analytical skills to boost our online presence, grow our community, and increase engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation
- Develop creative and high-quality content (videos, graphics, and posts) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Conceptualize, script, and film engaging short-form videos (like Reels & TikToks) that align with current social media trends.
- Edit and enhance videos, graphics, and other visual content using design and editing software.

Content Planning & Strategy
- Plan and schedule a monthly content calendar to align with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand events (e.g., Mofunland’s 2nd Anniversary).
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes to optimize reach and engagement.

Engagement & Community Management
- Interact with followers, respond to messages, and encourage community engagement through comments, polls, and challenges.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to increase visibility and audience growth.

Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze social media metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rates) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Use insights to optimize future content, refine strategies, and achieve growth targets.

What We’re Looking For

Creative Visionary: You think outside the box and can turn simple ideas into viral content.

Content Production Pro: Experience with video editing, photo editing, and production tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or CapCut.

Data-Driven Mindset: You understand the importance of analytics and use it to guide your strategy.

Social Media Savvy: You're up-to-date on trends for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Team Player: Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure content aligns with our brand's goals and voice.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role (showcase your portfolio or social media handles).
- Proficient in content creation tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to craft compelling captions and content.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
