Role Summary

Products Supported by the Organization - FXall, FX Trading, FX Matching, FX Aggregator, Autex, Autex Trade Route, REDI, Wealth Order Management, Electronic Trading, Deal Tracker, Trade Notification, Settlement Center

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver against department, group, and company objectives by assisting in development of and successfully executing strategic plans
- Partner with Service Management and Business stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction, ensure KPI/SLA adherence, and drive revenue growth
- Actively participate in incident/post incident management
- Handle other duties and projects as requested based on business needs
- Develop team members - provide coaching, training, and mentoring
- Coordinate with other regional heads to ensure the global operation produces a consistent service for internal and external customers
- Investigate and appropriately address customer or business escalations - complaints and/or opportunities
- Create/Maintain a high-performance culture by differentiating performance and by building a diverse and inclusive team
- Attend workshops, off-sites, and customer meetings (~15% travel)
- Effectively communicate and present to all levels of the organization (senior executives to entry level)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years combined experience and post-secondary education in related fields.
- English fluency (verbal and written)
