**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Finance Executive is responsible to work closely with the Management Team to monitor the financial health of the company. The duties include reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports and financial forecasts. The job includes keeping track and update all finance paperwork and related documents, in order to submit proper documentation to the external accountants to consolidate for audit. She assist in the analysis of the revenue and expenditure of the company and work closely with each department on their annual budgeting. The Finance Executive would be expected to submit monthly financial reporting and compile data to update the Management Team on the financial status of the company to guide the Team in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Job Responsibilities: **

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Monitor daily sales and keep track of incoming payments
- Record incoming payments such as Cash, Credit Cards, Cheques, etc. and updating customer SOA
- Keep track of suppliers’ invoices, match with PO and issuing of payments
- Bank reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Petty cash reimbursement
- GST submission
- Maintain fixed assets

Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
- Prepare year-end report to audit

Produce financial reports related to budget

Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Cash flow forecast
- P&L statement
- Balance sheet
- Prepare journal entries

Present financial reports to management in formal meetings

Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
Job Requirements:
Full-time Employment, Half Day

Monday to Friday, 5 day work week

Half Day (10am - 2pm)

Work at HQ Location: 25 Kaki Bukit Crescent, #02-00, (S) 416256

Proficient user of finance software, familiar with SAP System is preferred

Proficient in English and computer literate.
