**(PDS) Prime Derivative Services Vice President (VP)**

As a Barclays (PDS) Prime Derivative Services Vice President (VP), this is an exciting opportunity where you will help manage the execution of orders and take on the management of risk and P&L inherent in trading client futures orders. Part of your role is to assist with P&L reporting, break resolution, work with the Product Development team in product build out, and work with client services in relation to specific client requests.

**What will you be doing?**
- Developing and maintaining new and existing prime services relationships, with a focus on listed derivatives electronic and high touch execution and clearing
- Working across different product groups within the firm (including SRM) to cross-sell and leverage relationships
- You will be having a real focus on growing revenues and client relationship management
- Using your wide range of product knowledge to help drive thought leadership in the evolving futures execution industry
- Helping develop the algorithmic and TCA product based on client requirements as well as understanding of markets and trends

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, and/or Business Administration
- Global Macro knowledge and product understanding
- Have good interpersonal skills with clients and relationship building soft skills
- ‘Attention to detail’ to minimize execution and order risks, solid work ethic and values team approach

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience executing Listed Derivatives (all asset classes, including options) and good understanding on Algo as well as TCA.
- Experience in managing customer order flow within a Sales and Trading capacity
- Ability to write and distribute proprietary market content to clients, including Electronic industry updates, TCA and corresponding calendar roll reports
- Ability to create efficiencies in daily desk operations to maximize productivity
