This role is perfect for someone eager to make an impact by ensuring smooth crypto transaction workflows while developing Python scripts to optimize operations.

**What You Will Do**:

- Develop Python scripts to automate & streamline crypto transaction workflows
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers and operations teams to optimize existing solutions
- Ensure funds are available across platforms for trading by checking balances and manually moving funds where needed.
- Oversee the entire trade process, including handling deposits, completing settlements, and tracking trades to ensure everything runs as planned
- Manage Asia fiat-to-crypto flow, including capital allocation decisions
- Support preparation of financial data by reconciling exchange balances with internal systems and contributing to accurate financial reports
- Develop and run key operational controls, such as position reconciliation at the start of the day, to capture any breaks in PnL related to position discrepancies
- Analyze data and gather insights to support decision-making processes
- Participate in other day-to-day crypto transaction operations

**What We Expect**:

- Strong knowledge of Python programming
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships or personal projects count)
- Motivation and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently & take ownership of project
- Readiness to work in Singapore (first 3 months onboarding in Latvia)

**Extra Points For**:

- Experience with automation tools and scripting
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and operational workflows
- Knowledge of accounting and/ or financial statements
- Hands-on experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
- Interest in data research, big data, or data science
- Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment automation
- Track record of coding competitions or hackathons
- Experience in managing fiat-to-crypto flows in Asia
- Understanding of capital allocation strategies in crypto trading operations.
- Experience with position reconciliation and operational controls for monitoring PnL accuracy.
