**About Us**:
Onedayprint is a long-running and proudly Singaporean print-on-demand business, specialising in high-speed sticker printing. With over a decade of operations, a strong online presence, and thousands of happy customers, we’re now exploring how **AI can transform internal efficiency, automate customer queries, and improve cost estimation tools**.

We’re seeking a curious and technically-minded intern to help us build our **first internal AI chatbot assistant**. This isn't just a dummy student project — it’s a **production-use system**that we’ll be using day-to-day.

**What You’ll Do**:
As our AI Intern, you’ll be tasked with creating a **local AI chatbot system**capable of:

- Understanding and parsing internal files (e.g. PDF guides, MP4 training videos, Markdown SOPs)
- Extracting useful content and surfacing them in a conversational chatbot format
- Exploring tools like **AnythingLLM**, **OpenAI GPT-4**, **Google Gemini**, and **Manus**:

- Building prompts and workflows to generate helpful responses to staff and customer queries
- Working with HTML tools like our internal **pricing calculator**, and incorporating them into the chatbot system
- Developing a clean, internal-facing chatbot interface that can run **on our local PCs**

This is a **high-autonomy internship**— you’ll be the **primary person leading this AI system build,**and given the **freedom to experiment**, fail, test, and rebuild. You’ll be treated like a product owner, not an assistant.

**We Don’t Expect You to Know Everything**:
We welcome interns who:

- Are **proactive, logical**, and not afraid to Google & test things
- Have strong curiosity in AI, machine learning, automation, or programming
- Can work independently and manage their own learning
- Have experience (even hobby-level) in Python, JS, web tools, or AI APIs (bonus)

We don’t expect mastery — just **drive and initiative**.

**You’ll Learn & Get To**:

- Build an AI system from scratch based on a real business use case
- Explore and compare different open-source and commercial LLM tools
- Be part of a product-focused SME team

**Internship Details**:Internship Type: Full-time

Location: Near Tampines East MRT Pay: SGD 800-1,000/month
