**Stag Match Institute (SMI) is looking for Full Time / Freelancer Course Developer (IBF) who have good experience developing IBF courseware etc.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, design and contextualize training materials and provide training curriculum
- Able to submit RO/CP/CA for IBF approval
- Develop and design IBF module of Blended Learning
- Facilitate quality assurance of training programmes through regular reviews
- Being up-to-date on the latest trends in training and adult education sectors
- Develop strategies for offering learning interventions based on learning needs and identifying performance gaps
- Innovate new learning delivery modes and implement continuous improvement actions
- Conduct relevant IBF lesson training abiding to the Principles of Adult Learning
- Provide administrative support and recommendations to the Programme Department
- Support in the performance management, recruitment and training of new trainers
- Conduct Training on IBF course.
- Deliver and contextualize training to learners.
- Ensure smooth training delivery
- Conduct and review assessment to learners
- Assist on developing new curriculums.
- Being up-to-date on the latest trends in training and adult education sectors (Fintech etc )
- Develop strategies for offering learning interventions based on learning needs and identifying performance gaps
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in education industry ( especially IBF )
- Possesses work experience in curriculum design, delivery of training programmes to adult learners
- Must be DACE and ACTA qualified; or similar qualifications will be advantageous
- Highly professional, proactive and passionate in adult training
- Good spoken and written command of English language
- Able to work independently with strong work ethics
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Project and Time management skills
- May be required to move around centres

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
