We are seeking a resourceful and responsible HR & Admin Officer / Executive to join our team. This is a hybrid role that offers exposure to both human resource operations and general office administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resource Responsibilities**:

- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and induction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, benefits, etc.
- Provide administrative support for staff insurance and benefits
- Arrange internal and external training programs, including scheduling, registration, and tracking training records
- Coordinate and support internal events, staff engagement activities, and welfare initiatives

**Administrative & Office Support**:

- Manage office supplies and stationery, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Handle office vendor management, including sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, and coordination of services related to office supplies, equipment, servicing, repairs and maintenance.
- Liaise with external vendors for office-related services and maintenance (e.g. equipment servicing, repairs, delivery)
- Ensure smooth daily office operations including courier arrangements, cleanliness, and facility needs
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document organisation (HR and non-confidential accounting documents)
- Perform accurate data entry and general admin support as required
- Assist the Manager with ad-hoc HR and office matters

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred (internship experience considered)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel: VLOOKUP, PivotTable)
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable managing both HR and administrative duties
- Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
