**Responsibilities**

Provide a High Intensity Interval Training sessions in a safe and effective training environment while assisting members in achieving their individual fitness goals
Offer modifications, regressions and progressions for all exercises
Encourage and motivate members to not only participate but to perform at their best, with correct form
Be punctual and well prepared to deliver training sessions within F45 guidelines using F45 terminology
Ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard for effective, safe and clean usage
Provide support to studio manager as required

**Requirements**:
(required) Be a Certified Personal Trainer / Group Class Instructor with either NCAA, NCSF or ACE accredited course
(required) First Aid/AED/CPR current certification
1-2 year work experience, especially in-group training is preferred but not essential.
Great communication skills, be able to command a class and simultaneously provided individual advice to members
Good interpersonal skills, to engage and develop professional relationships with members

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month

All trainers will have to be masked while conducting training and all required SOP to be followed in line with government regulations
