**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Champion**: Set the bar for quality by creating automated functional and unit tests for the code you and your team develop. Your commitment to excellence will be a guiding light.
- **DevOps Collaboration**: Work hand-in-hand with DevOps Engineers to implement cutting-edge build and release automation, ensuring a streamlined development pipeline.
- **Mentor and Collaborator**: Encourage a culture of learning and growth by engaging in pair programming and code reviews. Your mentorship will foster a collaborative and efficient development process.
- **Cross-Functional Leader**: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, and User Interface/User Experience Designers to deliver exceptional features that make a real impact.

**Requirements**:

- **Front-End Expert**: You're a guru in front-end development frameworks like React.js/Next.js, creating stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
- **CI/CD Visionary**: Your experience with CI/CD pipelines ensures that our development and deployment processes are efficient and reliable.
