- Other- Ensure funds are managed in accordance with regulations and claims and report submissions are administered accurately on a timely basis, close monitoring of fund utilisation to ensure funds availability
- Review and update fund’s policies and procedures regularly
- Create content for training and presentation materials and conduct training for service providers
- Provide secretarial support including staffing up of recommendations, presentation materials, taking/vetting of minutes, and follow-through of issues raised during meetings
- Oversee projects implementations and to engage and liaise with service providers, vendors and partners on the development of the projects
- Overseeing engagement with internal and external auditors to meet reporting requirements
- Perform administrative functions relating to purchasing in support of procurement need in accordance with policies and guidelines.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline, preferably with experience in grant administration
- Good analytical, writing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Meticulous and inquisitive attitude with strong problem solving ability and follow-up skills
- Good team player and willing to embrace and manage change
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
