**Our Team**
The role will entail working closely with the Sales Managers and other Koch-Glitsch engineering offices to structure our offerings into a sound solution which meets our customer's requirements.
**What You Will Do**
- Review of customer material requisitions and specifications.
- Qualify inquiries, suggest, and execute strategies to get orders.
- Provide technical solutions that create win-win outcomes for KES and our customers.
- Column hydraulic design and selection of mass transfer internals.
- Cost estimation and development of project budgets.
- Development of process simulations.
- Preparation of technical and commercial proposals within a given time frame.
- Work closely with regional technical engineering teams in Singapore, China, and Japan together with global technical engineering teams in the USA, Italy, Germany, India and China for the development of technical proposals and project execution.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Chemical Engineering degree with 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a similar position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organization skills and ability for multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Customer-focused.
- Pro-active attitude and a self-starter.
- Effective team player who works well in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with process simulation software (ASPEN HYSYS or AVEVA PRO/II).
- Experience with basic CAD modelling (AutoCAD or Inventor).
- Occasional travel for customer meetings within the APAC region (approximately 10 - 20%)
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience in similar roles with an OEM / EPC / End-user.
- Experience with mass transfer equipment.
- Fluency in working with process simulation software (ASPEN HYSYS or AVEVA PRO/II).
- Prior experience working in a process plant environment.
