Executive (Women’s Development)

Salary: $2,800 Duration: 12 months Work Days: Monday - Friday, office hours (2 days WFH, 3 days WFO) Working Location: Thomson, Caldecott
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the department’s projects, research and analysis, and events related to women’s development.
- This includes updating and managing the department’s information repository (for statistics and indicators on women’s development); monitoring media traction on women’s issues; assessing, conceptualising and executing women’s development events, including speech-writing.
- Support the department to prepare submissions to international platforms. This includes preparing briefs on international gender equality ranking reports; collating returns from various stakeholders;
- Engage corporate partners, non-governmental organisations, government agencies to profile and implement policies to support women’s development
- Provide admin and budgeting support to the department Support the department in any other ad hoc tasks
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any humanities such as Political Science, Psychology or relevant.
- Good analytical, writing and communications skills Experience working in other ministries/ public sector agencies is advantageous
