Senior Manager, Creator Finance

This role sits within a central team responsible for corporate development, corporate strategy, financial planning, and other internal strategic initiatives. The head of the department reports to the CFO of the group. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in the setup and execution of an investment program to invest into global content creators. Working directly with the senior leadership team, you will be exposed to career progression opportunities in the future and be involved in exciting changes in the future.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Leading a creator investment team including front, mid, and back office functions
- Deal sourcing and due diligence on potential creator investments
- Guiding investment team on financial modeling and risk analysis
- Building investment cases by coordinating with internal departments on creator growth opportunities
- Preparing deal memorandums and risk assessments for investments
- Managing tracking and reporting efforts for existing portfolio
- Fund administration and capital partner management.
- Speaking at events to build networks with ecosystem players
- Developing the creator investment practice and the evolution of its strategy
- Managing all investment staff, including their careers and development

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or economics.
- 2 - 4 years of management consulting or investment banking experience is preferred
- 5-10 years of investing experience in credit or equity
- Corporate development or corporate strategy experience in a startup is a plus
- Strong commercial awareness and finance fundamentals are key to the role
- Similar experience in investment banking / finance or working in fast-paced environments with a focus on investment evaluation will also be considered
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including data and financial analysis. Knowledgeable about how technology companies operate and scale
- Proven knowledge and interest in the creator economy
- Ability to multitask and manage a huge number of varied deals and tasks, while keeping to timelines and maintaining a high quality of work
- Ability to easily understand and assess business models, people and market opportunities
- Ability to embark on deep, studied research where necessary
- Proven attention to detail and rigor of analysis through prior work
- Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities and working in a lean team
- Comfortable with a mínimal amount of direction but high
- English fluency

**Salary**: From $6,000.00 per month
