**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the intercom system and provide courteous, professional front-desk service to visitors, staff, and students.
- Log delivery of goods and services, take messages, and assist with coordination tasks as directed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, typing, archiving, scanning, and laminating materials.
- Provide first-line assistance to unwell or injured students.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the School.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a school reception or administrative role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
