We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused **Senior UI/UX Designer** to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of a platform that serves millions of food lovers across Asia.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead Design Excellence**: Take charge of end-to-end UI/UX design for our mobile and web apps, ensuring every pixel and interaction delivers delight.
- **User-Centric Approach**: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to translate insights into design solutions.
- **Collaborate & Innovate**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to turn ambitious ideas into seamless designs.
- **Set Design Standards**: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all touchpoints.
- **Prototype & Test**: Build interactive prototypes to bring your ideas to life and gather feedback to refine your designs.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing app and web design projects.
- **Tools of the Trade**: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS for collaborating with developers.
- **User-Centric Mindset**: Passionate about understanding user needs and solving problems through thoughtful design.
- **Detail-Oriented**: A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and micro-interactions that elevate the user experience.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability to take and give constructive feedback.
