Singapore HOMEGROUND COFFEE ROASTERS PTE. LTD. Full time

Playground is Homeground’s exploratory retail space, where guests can try their hand at crafting their first brew, experience using the equipment, and learn more about coffee. A Playground Experience Member’s main role is to guide the guest through this exploratory journey and assist with in-store inventory and retail.

You will provide a guided sensory experience for the guest, and will be required to create the perfect coffee experience everyday. Pre-requisites include being well-versed in different brewing equipment (filter and espresso), being fluent in English and having a basic understanding of mathematics.

Ad-hoc duties include cleaning and assisting your peers in day-to-day operations.

**Purpose of the role**:To provide a guided coffee sensory and brewing journey for our customers

- Develop and calibrate your palate to Homeground Coffee Roasters’ Coffee standards

**You Will**:
1. Assist with in-store inventory Management: Retail
2. Brew exceptional and excellent coffee: Both filter and espresso based
3. Provide a guided sensory experience for our guest
4. Established healthy connections between team and guest
5. Create the perfect coffee experience every day for the members and guest
6. Assist the guest with their coffee retail: Questions and purchase
7. Help out with ad-hoc duties: Cleaning, assisting your peers and etc.
8. Promote a collaborative working environment

**Skills**

1. Fluent in English
2. Basic understanding in mathematics
3. Adverse in the different brewing equipment (Filter to espresso)
