Our client, is a Singapore based research organisation which conduct a range of socio-economic survey. They focus on conducting research to understand what people in Singapore think, feel and do. Their primary areas of interest include social trends and public opinion.

The Phone Surveyors (Research Interviewer) will listen to Singaporeans and really understand what is on their minds and in their hearts, what their hopes are for the future. Using robust approaches, you seek to generate reliable insights about the Singapore landscape which reflect both subtle nuances and macro perspectives.

**The responsibilities of this role are**:
Reporting to Team Lead
- The Research Interviewer is responsible for collecting data by conducting structured surveys over the telephone and entering the responses into computer systems.
- Call from a Telephone List provided, to ask them scripted questions.
- Read Scripts from Computer Screen
- Key in the Answers in the Computer Screen.
- **No Marketing or Selling Involved.**:

- **Number of Calls expected to make per day is fixed.**
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels
- Competent in English and Mother Tongue
- Strong telephone skills and excellent telephone demeanour; prior call center or telephone interviewing experience preferred
- Strong social, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and software
- Dependable and responsible
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Able to handle stressful situations in a calm & professional manner
- Comfortable in managing repetitive task
- Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work

**This role is suitable for you, if you are:

- **
- Able to Read, Speak, and Write in English.
- Able to Read and Speak in another official language
- You are comfortable talking to Strangers, using the Telephone Voice Call
- You are comfortable with working in an office environment, with high partitions, between you and your colleagues.
- You are able to work from **Monday to Friday, 5 days week either from 12.30pm to 4.30pm OR 5.30pm to 9.30pm (Pls choose 1 slot only)**

Salary
**$1,100 **(Permanent Part-time - 12:30pm to 4:30 pm)
**$1,600 **(Permanent Part Time - 5:30pm - 9:30 pm)
