The SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute (SDGHI) is an enabling platform for global health activities across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC). The institute aims to address current and emerging health challenges across ASEAN member states and in other Asian countries. Working in collaboration with partners, the institute seeks to tackle prevalent health challenges, strengthen health systems and better insulate countries from pandemics and disease threats.

SDGHI is organised around five thematic core areas - Policy, Research, Education, Clinical Skills and Innovation - across which programmes and platforms are designed to meet the specific needs of the Global Health community in the region.

We are currently recruiting an Education Associate to provide support to the Clinical core in its regional capacity building work.
- Assisting in the curation of research and health system enhancement programmes for regional partners across Asia
- Coordinating with clinicians, nurses and allied health professionals in the development and implementation of the regional programmes
- Supporting the development of grant proposals to potential funders to support capacity building and research efforts in the region
- Providing support to the monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of regional programmes
- Working with the Global Health Programme Evaluation Unit within SDGHI to provide feedback on improvement on future efforts
- Coordinating with global health focal points from the Academic Clinical Programmes (APCs) and Signature Research Programmes (SRPs) within the AMC to optimise global health synergies with respects to strategic alignment, coordination, country engagement and knowledge sharing
- Working with Communications Team in SDGHI to profile the Clinical core’s work through SDGHI’s communications channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Global Health, Education or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Competent in developing learning materials for tertiary and adult education
- Familiarity with healthcare and/or health systems. Experience supporting low and middle-income countries would be an asset.
- Possess strong writing and critical thinking skills, as well as good communication and presentation skills.
- A team player who is able to prioritise, multi-task and work collaboratively in a diverse workforce.
- A motivated, self-starter who is resourceful and independent
