Castlery is currently looking for a **Performance Marketing Specialist** to join our Castlery's Growth Marketing Team here in Singapore. This role will see you executing and optimising our paid media buys across different channels, which includes Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and Paid Google (Search, Display, Shopping etc.), and you will also gain exposure in our US, AU and SG markets. Your responsibilities are as per below.
- Support marketing Channel Managers on end-to-end campaign creation, management, reporting and optimisation across key channels - e.g. Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Bing, Retargeting Vendors.
- Manage significant budgets across three markets Castlery operates in to ensure optimal budget allocation decisions are done to maximise performance.
- Perform regular performance monitoring to ensure we achieve targets and KPIs.
- Support the team with periodic data extraction, reporting and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and uncover insights for performance optimization.
- Propose new ad creative ideas based on our unique value propositions, current trends and competitor activities.
- Manage small to mid-scale projects through collaborations with the stakeholders at all levels within the Marketing Team which includes Campaigns, Creative, Brand & Content, Partnerships and Merchandising teams.
- Communicate with partners and keep abreast of marketing trends to ensure Castlery is always a pioneer in performance marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Statistics/Business or any other relevant education.
- Prior experience in the Paid Media, Performance Marketing and/or Data Analytical positions would be a plus.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a passion for data analytics, experience or knowledge in Google Analytics and other data visualisation tools (Tableau, PowerBi etc.) would be a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise & perform a variety of tasks over the course of the workday.
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven to learn and is proactive in taking on new projects.
