The responsibilities will include:
Structure the strategic vision for the organization;

Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans and operational processes, tools, playbooks, solutions and programs to ensure that all departments are aligned with the company's overall vision and goals; ̶

Coordinate and manage in a project mode, the execution of assigned strategic initiatives, with specific responsibility for cross-functional delivery of key projects, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple geographies and teams, tracking performance and successful completion of short and long-term goals;
Research the feasibility of new ideas;
Coordinate some administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, responding to correspondence and inquiries

Help to foster a culture of continuous improvement: encouraging innovation, learning, and adaptability with new processes and practices

Qualifications and skills:
5 years or more work experience as a Associate in Group Strategy / Chief of Staff/Project manager in an international organization, OR work experience in either a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy team, a high growth technology startup or venture capital firm, or a top-tier bank;
Master's degree in business administration, finance, or related field from a leading university;
Strong analytical and project management capabilities. Proven ability in prioritizing workflows, working independently within tight deadlines, and collaborating across teams with limited supervision;
Comfortable with managing multiple projects across a wide variety of functional business problems;
Strong background in business strategy, leadership, and a deep understanding of a company's operations;
Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communicator across written and verbal communication; able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions at all levels of the organisation;
Creative and comfortable with ‘blank sheet of paper’ assignments. Comfortable with ambiguity and identifying what may be needed to define clarity;
Discreet and trustworthy in handling sensitive commercial information and conducting discussions accordingly;
Translations will be required as our company as multiple offices. Good knowledge in both French and English is essential;
Have an interest in fine wines (extensive knowlegde is not required); and
