**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Strategic Vision Development**: Collaborate with the CEO, SLT, and board of directors (BOD) to define and refine the organization's long-term vision and strategic goals.

**2. Market Analysis**: Maintain abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth both organic and inorganically.

**3. Strategic Planning**: Lead the creation of comprehensive strategic plans that align with Group’s objectives, ensuring that all departments understand their roles in executing these plans.

**4. Execution Oversight**: Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of resources, timelines, and responsibilities.

**5.**Risk Management**: Identify potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization against disruptions.

**6. Performance Monitoring**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS I MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**1.**Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration / management studies

**2.**Minimum 5 years in a similar position in the manufacturing industry
