**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors and department heads, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve company objectives.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Resolve operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure mínimal disruption to project timelines.
- Support the HR team in workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management within operational teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-performance within the operations team.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in construction, marine, or process industries.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and operational processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of operational best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
